Interested in Volunteering at the School?

Each month hundreds of volunteers are making a difference by working with The Neighborhood School.

Your Talents Are Needed

Here are just a few of the things you will find volunteers doing at The Neighborhood School:

•    tutoring children in reading and math
•    providing books for the library
•    cleaning up and painting the facility
•    coaching sports teams
•    serving as a room sponsor
•    spending time in the After School Enrichment Program tutoring or mentoring
•    presenting your faith story to the children during the after school program
•    helping serve breakfast or lunch
•    being a prayer partner
•    assisting with the kids’ art curriculum
•    chaperoning a field trip or a week at a Christian summer camp with the kids

Volunteers keep coming back because of the joy in each child’s face that they touch. The children love the attention of caring adults.
